摘要
针对高校教学质量评价复杂、模糊的现状,通过改进层次分析法(AIHP)确定教学质量的权重,利用模糊数学评价方法,建立了高校教师教学质量评价模型,并用实例说明了其可行性。该模型将定性和定量分析结合起来,使教学质量评价更科学、客观、公正。
Aiming at the complicated and fuzzy present condition of the teaching quality evaluation in colleges and universities,the article makes the weight using AIHP and uses fuzzy mathematics evaluation method,which builds up the teaching quality evaluation model and explains its possibility with example.The model will integrate qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,making the teaching quality evaluation more scientific,objective and fair.
