摘要
保证和提高高等学校的教育质量 ,促进学生的全面发展 ,必须有教学质量保证体系作为基础。高等学校教学质量保证体系有其特定的科学内涵和构建原则。高等学校教学质量保证体系的科学构建要建立健全组织体系 ,加强教学管理人员的队伍建设和教学质量管理的制度建设 ,加大教育改革的力度 。
The guarantee and improvement of teaching quality and the students overall development must be based on the scientific constitution of guarantee system on the teaching quality. The guarantee system on the teaching quality of colleges and universities has its own scientific connotation and constitution principle. In order to form this kind of guarantee system, we must strenthen the contingent on teaching management and teaching quality administration, accelerate the teaching reform and enhance the students quality in an all around way.
