摘要
介绍一套基于四电极测量原理的中低频液体阻抗测量系统,采用四电极的测量探头用于电导性液体中低频阻抗谱的测量。系统经过校准、标定后,用于测量自制的NaCl溶液阻抗谱。结果表明,电极极化得到显著降低,系统可用于电导性液体0.001-1MHz间阻抗谱的测量。
An impedance spectroscopy measurement system for conductive aqueous solution at me- dium to low frequencies is designed using the four-electrode measurement theory. The four-electrode probe is used to measure the impedance spectroscopy at low frequencies of the conductive liquid. After calibration and compensation, the system is used to measure the impedance spectroscopy of the NaCl solution. The result shows that the electrode polarization has been greatly reduced, and the system can be used to measure the impedance spectroscopy of conductive aquesou solution at frequencies from 10 kHz to 1 MHz.
