摘要
根据质子交换膜导电的特点,对其电导率的测试方法进行了研究,分析了通常采用的直流电、交流阻抗以及同轴探针测试方法在测量膜电导率时容易产生误差的原因。并设计了一种四电极电压补偿测试系统,能有效地避开电极极化以及仪器高频感应的影响,使测量结果精确可靠。
The various principles of intermediaries to measure the conductivity of proton exchange membrane such as direct current measuring, ac impedance spectroscopy and open-ended coaxial probe method according to the characteristics of proton exchange membrane were shown and studied respectively. The reason of error resulting from the measuring methods was analyzed .A circuit testing system with four electrode voltage compensation was designed and described, which can effectively eliminate the influence of significant electrode polarization at low frequencies due to interfacial impedance and component of instrumental response at high frequencies. The measuring results of the conductivity of proton exchange membrane are not only precise but also reliable.
