基于C Sharp的锂电池阻抗谱测量系统设计

摘要 本文介绍了基于C Sharp的锂电池阻抗谱测量系统设计,该系统主要由PC机、ARM、直接数字频率合成器(DDS)、AD5933、信号调理电路等模块构成。该系统经过校准后,通过对两种阻抗模型的测量和分析,其结果表明该系统的测量精度在3.5%以内。最后,测得了HL-18650M锂电池在充满电时10mHz至100KHz频带的阻抗谱。较之传统分立方式的锂电池电化学阻抗谱测量系统,该系统具有体积小、集成度高、成本低、精度较高的突出优点,有利于锂电池阻抗谱测量系统的大规模生产与应用。 The design of C Sharp based lithium battery impedance spectroscopy measurement system is introduced in this paper, this system is mainly composed of the PC, ARM, direct digital frequency synthesizer (DDS) and the modules, such as AD5933, signal conditioning circuits, etc. After calibration, through the measurement and analysis for the two kinds of impedance model, the results show that the measurement accuracy of the system is less than 3.5%. Finally, tile Nyquist plot of HL-18650M lithium battery, at 100% state of charge (SOC) is measured. Compared with the traditional electrochemistry impedance spectroscopy measurement system of lithium battery, this system has the outstanding advantages of small size, high level of integration, low cost and high precision. It is conducive to the mass production and application of lithium battery impedance spectroscopy measurement system.
