摘要
运用文献资料、问卷调查等方法，对地方院校学生课内外体育活动现状进行了实证调查与分析．结果表明，地方院校学生对课内体育教学现状不够满意；对课外体育活动的认识基本正确；影响课外体育活动的主要原因是体育设施不全、组织不力．因此，建议通过转变体育教育观念，加强课外体育活动的组织与管理，增加体育经费投入，加强师资队伍建设，改变体育教学组织形式，以期改变地方院校课内外体育活动现状．
An empirical investigation and analysis is done on curriculum and extra-curriculum physical education in communiST colleges, with the application of methods such as bibliography, questionnaire,, interview. The study shows that community college students are not satisfied with curriculum physical education and they have a basically correct understanding of extra-curriculum physical education activity. What affect the extra-curriculum physical education activity are the insufficient physical education equipment and incompetent organization. Therefore it is suggested that, to change the situation of curriculum and extra-curriculum physical education in community, colleges, it is necessary, to change the concept of physical education teaching, strengthen the organization and management of extra-curriculum physical education, increase the input on physical education, reinforce the teaching force, change the physical education teaching mode.
