摘要
依据国际青少年体制健康的发展趋势结合我国青少年体质健康的发展现状,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等,对辽宁省重点高中开展体育课的课时数、学生课外体育活动开展情况、制约阳光体育开展的因素以及经过开展阳光体育运动学生的体质变化等进行调研分析.结果表明:学生课内外体育锻炼活动不理想,大部分学生未能达到阳光体育开展标准,学校、家庭、社会的重视程度是制约阳光体育运动开展的主要因素,学生体育成绩达标率较前几年有所提高,体质健康逐年上升.提出4条发展性建议:加强体育教师内层知识结构建设;建立有效的监督体制;设置高考体育测试政策;继续深化体育教学改革.
According to the trend and present situation of the international youth health ,the authors use documentation ,questionnaire and expert interview to investigate and analyze the hours of PE class ,the situation of extracurricular physical activities ,the factors which limit the applying of “Sun‐shine Sports” and students’ physical changes after applying the “Sunshine Sports”. The result shows ：physical exercise which applied in school and out of school are unsatisfying .Most of the students can ,t meet the criterion of the “Sunshine Sports”.There are three factors which affect the applying of the “Sunshine Sports” ：school ,family and social attention .The qualify rate of students’ PE results has risen so as to prove the fact that the youth physical health is better .Based on the a‐bove ,the author puts forward some suggestions on the applying of “Sunshine Sports”in Liaoning’s key senior high school .We should strengthen the construction of teachers’ knowledge on“Sunshine Sports” ,build effective monitor system ,establish the policy of college entrance PE test ,and deepen the reform of physical education .
