摘要 为了拓宽食醋产品的应用,介绍了食醋的抗菌杀菌、促进新陈代谢、调节酸碱平衡、抑制血糖升高、降低血脂、降低胆固醇、促进血液循环、消除疲劳、提高机体免疫力、开胃消食、解酒保肝、开发智力、美容护肤、延缓衰老、减肥和预防骨质疏松等作用。 In order to widen the application of vinegar, functions of vinegar were introduced as the followings:sterilization, promoting metabolism, enhancing acid - base balance, inhibiting higher glucose, reducing blood lipid, lowering cholesterol, stimulating blood circulation, relieving fatigue, enhancing the immunity, promoting appetite and digestion, obtaining anti - alcoholism and protecting liver, cultivating intelligence, beautifying and skin - caring, anti - aging, losing weight and preventing osteoporosis etc..
