齐拉西酮分子印迹聚合物的制备及其识别特性 被引量:3

摘要 目的用分子印迹技术制备以齐拉西酮为模板分子的分子印迹聚合物(MIP),并检测齐拉西酮在体内的含量。方法以齐拉西酮为模板分子、甲基丙烯酸为功能单体、乙二醇甲基丙烯酸乙酯为交联剂,按模板分子-功能单体(1:4)制备齐拉西酮-甲基丙烯酸MIP。在底物为齐拉西酮溶液中放入MIP,于25℃中震荡12 h后,取上清液检测吸光度,计算相应吸附量。结果齐拉西酮-甲基丙烯酸MIP对齐拉西酮溶液有一定的特异性吸附。结论齐拉西酮-甲基丙烯酸MIP可以检测齐拉西酮的含量。 OBJECTIVE Ziprasidone is an antipsychotic for the clinic treatment of atypical mental illness. The content of ziprasidone in the body can be detected by means of template molecule MIP prepared by molecular imprinting technique. METHODS Ziprasidone - methylacrylic acid MIP was prepared using ziprasidone as a template molecule, methylacrylic acid as a functional mono- mer,ethylene glycol methyl ethyl acrylate as crosslinker, in the ratio of 1 : 4(template elements to functional monomer). The MIP was added into ziprasidone as a matrix in water bath (25℃) and shacking for 12 hours. Absorbance of supernatant was detected, then the adsorptive capacity was calculated. RESULTS It has been showed that ziprasidone - methyl ketone MIP has some specific adsorptive capacity of ziprasidone solution. CONCLUSION Ziprasidone -methylacrylic acid MIP can be used to determine the content of ziprasidone in ziprasidone solution.
