齐拉西酮与阿立哌唑治疗女性精神分裂症临床效果观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的评价齐拉西酮与阿立哌唑治疗女性精神分裂症的疗效与不良反应。方法将62例女性精神分裂症患者分为两组,分别予齐拉西酮与阿立哌唑治疗,疗程8周。用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定疗效。结果两组治疗前后PANSS评分比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05),有效率、不良反应比较,差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论齐拉西酮和阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症有效,不良反应少。
