摘要 详细介绍了分子印迹聚合物的形成机理及其应用,分子印迹免疫吸附检测技术的原理,评述了国内外分子印迹放射免疫、荧光免疫和酶联免疫吸附检测技术在药品、农药等痕量残留分析检测中的应用研究,重点对分子印迹免疫检测技术研究的难点、存在的问题和发展前景进行了分析,认为酶标记分子印迹免疫分析技术是发展的方向。 The formation mechanism of molecularly imprinted polymer (MIPs) and its application, the principle of molecularly imprinted sorbent immunoassay are introduced in detail and reviewed in this paper. The application of radio-labeled molecularly imprinted sorbent immunoassays, fluorescence labeled molecularly imprinted sorbent immunoassays and enzymelinked molecularly imprinted sorbent immunoassays in the determination of medicine and pesticide are presented. The advantages, disadvantages, technologically problems and the prospect of molecularly imprinted sorbent inlmunoassay are described with emphasis.
