摘要
基于弹性体振动模型的方法,在考虑筛面张紧量对弛张筛动力学参数的影响下,求得弛张筛筛面的振动表达式。借助于软件Excel的数据计算和绘图技术,对其动力学参数进行了系统的分析,并和试验数据进行了比较,揭示出在张紧量影响下弛张筛特有的动力学行为,为进一步提高弛张筛的细煤筛分能力提供了理论依据。
Considering the influence of tensional amount on dynamic parameters of the,flip-flow screen, this paper offers the vibratory expression for the screen surface by the method of the vibration model of the elasticbody. With the aid of data calculation and drafting technique of Excel soft, the systematic analysis to dynamic parameters and the comparison to experimental data are done. The model deeply shows special dynamic parameters with the influence of elastic stretching, which provides a theoretical foundation for flip-flow screen to further improve ability of fine coal separation.
