摘要
东欢坨矿选煤厂采用块、末煤分别入洗工艺。在50 mm分级环节原采用香蕉分级振动筛,由于原煤水分高导致筛分效率低,同时筛下产物发热量低;通过应用弛张筛替换原香蕉筛后,由原50 mm分级改为了30 mm分级,筛分效率大大提高,且筛下产物发热量得以提高,解决了粘湿物料难筛分的问题,取得了明显的经济效益。
In the Donghuantuo Coal Preparation Plant lump coal and fine coal have been washed respectively.Banana vibrating screen was used in the process of 50 mm classification.But high moisture of coal result in low screening efficiency and low calorific value of undersize product;after replaced the original banana vibrating screen (50 mm screen mesh)with flip -flow screen(30 mm screen mesh),screening efficiency has been greatly improved,calorific value of undersize product has been increased and the difficult problem of sticky materials screening has been solved,significant economic benefits have been achieved.
