LiF的制备及表征

摘要 针对Li2CO3与HF直接反应所带来的生产污染和高成本的缺点,采用HNO3溶液体系制备LiF,考察了HNO3浓度对LiF产率的影响。通过放大实验得出,当HNO3溶液浓度为0.1mol/L时,LiF产率最高,可达96%以上;与HF直接中和法对比表明,直接中和法得到的产物为粉末状,而HNO3溶液体系所得产物呈立方体晶体状。 LiF was preparated in the HNO3 solution system. The yield of LiF affected by the concentration of HNO3 was investigated. The result showed that the yield of LiF could be got 96% when the concentration of HNO3 solution was 0.1mol/L.Comparing with the direct neutralization, the product obtained by direct neutralization was powdershaped, while the product obtained in HNO3 solution was Cube-shaped crystals.
