摘要
提出了一种考虑机组故障影响的检修规划模型。给出了符合浴盆曲线失效模式的机组故障率和可靠度,用以评估其期望更新费用。基于日前市场、双边合同及备用市场的复杂市场模式,讨论了检修和故障停运对发电厂商经济效益的影响,包括售电利润、期望更新费用及检修费用。基于此,以规划期内发电厂商的经济效益最优为目标构建了检修规划模型,考虑相关约束后利用遗传算法和线性规划方法求解。算例仿真结果验证了其有效性和可行性。
A UMS (Unit Maintenance Scheduling) model of power plant is proposed considering the impacts of unexpected unit failures. The bathtub failure model of generating unit is given ,which is used to assess the expected renewal cost. Based on the hybrid energy market model,the impacts of maintenance and failure outage on power producer's potential benefits are analyzed in detail, including the energy- selling profits,expected renewal costs and maintenance costs. Its objective is to maximize the producer's benefits over the scheduling horizon and the solution is obtained by using the genetic algorithms and linear programming method with the consideration of relevant restraints. Numerical examples of a four-unit power plant show its usefulness and practicability.
