摘要
提出了一种发电机组例行停机检修新策略。构建了例行停机检修问题的优化模型,系统考虑了检修费用、售电收益损失以及过度检修经济损失等因素对例行停机检修经济性的影响。模型中出现的参数主要为状态检修技术所支持的数据,因此新策略具有较强的实用性。借助随机生产模拟方法对新策略的经济性与可靠性加以评估,并与定期检修策略下的相应指标进行了比较。仿真结果表明,新策略的经济性与可靠性指标均优于传统的定期检修策略。
A novel routine outage maintenance strategy is proposed. The optimization model tor routine outage mamtenance is established, minimizing the objectives of the cost of maintenance, the loss of gain from power selling, and the loss of overreparation. The practicality of the new strategy is improved, since the data used in the mathematical model is supported by condltion-based maintenance technology. The new strategy is evaluated by utilizing the probabilistic production simulation technique, with a comparison made with the time-based maintenance (TBM) strategy. Test results show that, in terms of both the economic index and reliability index, the new strategy is superior to the TBM strategy.
