摘要
区域性中小型水力发电企业与传统的大型发供电企业相比,其电力备品配件管理面临诸多新的问题。文中分析了企业资产管理和状态检修技术,研究了区域性中小型水力发电企业备品配件管理,提出了一种新的备品配件管理系统。通过构建集中管理控制下的多级备品配件管理体系,从技术手段上为区域性中小型水力发电企业电力设备的精确管理提供支撑。最后,采用先进的多层软件架构。
Compared with spares management of traditional large power supply enterprises, the spares management of areal small and medium hydropower enterprises is faced with many problems. This paper analyzes the technologies of enterprise asset management and condition-based maintenance, studies the spares management of areal small and medium hydropower enterprises, and proposes a novel spares management system. Through the construction of a multi-level spares management model under centralized control, the technical support is proposed for exact spares management of areal small and medium hydropower enterprises. Finally, a prototype system of spares management based on multi-layer software architecture is designed.
