髋臼外展角与前倾角动态变化规律的数学方法解析 被引量:12

摘要 以髋关节旋转中心和髋臼出口平面中心连线为X轴,身体纵轴为Y轴,身体矢状轴为Z轴建立三维坐标系。通过数学方法推导骨盆倾斜时髋臼外展角和前倾角的计算公式,绘制髋臼外展角和前倾角的三角函数曲线。髋臼外展角和前倾角的三角函数曲线均成同样的正弦曲线,外展角的正弦曲线落后于前倾角正弦曲线90°。结果提示,骨盆倾斜时髋臼前倾角与外展角的动态变化趋势由髋臼外展角与前倾角决定,而外展角在屈髋活动时减小比较缓慢。 A three-dimensional coordinate system was set up according to the line from hip center of rotation to acetabular exit (X axis), the longitudinal axis of body (Y axis), and the sagittal axis of body (Z axis). The calculation formula of acetabular abduction and anteversion angles was deduced by mathematics. The trigonometric function curve of acetabular abduction and anteversion angles was drawn. The trigonometric function curve was sinusoidal. Trigonometric function curve of acetabular abduction behinds trigonometric function curve of anteversion was 90 degrees. The dynamic variety trend of acetabular abduction and anteversion was decided by acetabular abduction and anteversion, but acetabular abduction expressed slowly while the hip was bending.
