摘要
天津钢管集团股份有限公司于2008年4月建成投产了目前世界上最先进的φ258PQF连轧管机组,这是公司的第3套PQF连轧管机组。介绍了φ258PQF连轧管机组的工艺流程,同时对该机组的穿孔机、PQF Plus连轧机、脱管机和定径机的技术参数和设备特点以及工艺控制系统和质量保证系统进行了说明。
In order to increase the capacity of high value-added and hi-tech seamless pipes, the third set of continuous pipe rolling mill line was completed and put into operation in April 2008 at Tianjin Pipe （Group） Corporation. The Ф258 PQF continuous pipe rolling line is one of the most advanced rolling mills in the world. The process flow of Ф258 PQF continuous pipe rolling mill is introduced in this paper. In addition, the technological parameter and equipment characteristics of piercer, PQF Plus continuous pipe rolling mill, extracting mill and sizing mill and process-control system, as well as quality assurance system are described in detail.
