摘要
基于对引进的180MPM限动芯棒连轧管机组数学模型原程序的消化研究,结合生产实践,整理建立了连轧管机力能参数的计算模型,可用于MPM连轧管机的调整设定计算和工艺设计计算,也可为连轧管工艺的进一步开发提供依据。
A set of calculating models for mechanical parameters of mandrel pipe mill is established based on research and analysis of the original codes for the mathematical models matched for a importedφ180 MPM mill. These established models not only are suitable for mill presetting and technological design, but also can serve as basic tools for further development of MPM process.
