摘要
天津钢管有限责任公司在充分了解油田实际使用工况的基础上,通过科研攻关与合作,为青海油田成功开发了一种高抗挤毁套管TP110TT(覬177.8×10.36mm,LC)。介绍了该钢级套管的开发背景、套管的性能指标、基本生产工艺过程。经实际性能检验TP110TT套管完全达到了设计技术指标。
Depending upon the scientific research and cooperation, the high collapse-resistance casing TP110TT(177.8×10.36 mm,LC) was developed for Qinghai oil field by TPCO on the basis of realizing the casing service environment.This paper introduces the development background, property index and basic technological process of the casing. And the practice shows the TP110TT casing can meet the design requirements.
