摘要
针对在盐岩、泥岩高应力地质状况下套管变形错断的问题,通过改进套管选材和加工工艺,提高抗挤毁性能、优化钻井设计、提高完井固井质量、优化投产措施等方法,延长了高抗挤毁套管井筒的生产寿命,满足了油田勘探开发特殊要求,产生了较高的经济效益和社会效益。
Aiming at the problem of casing deformation and breaking under the highly stressed geological conditions of salt bed and mudstone, methods were adopted such as improving the material selection and machining process of oil casing, improving anti-collapsing properties, optimizing drilling design, improving the quality of well completion and well cementation and optimizing startup measures. Therefore the service life of high anti-collapsing casing shaft was prolonged and the special requirements of oil field exploration and development were met. High economic and social effects generated.
