摘要 分析了管线钢热轧板卷起层缺陷特征及工艺影响因素,结果表明,起层缺陷是由原始连铸坯表面微裂纹造成的,而连铸坯表面微裂纹又受到工艺因素的影响。通过优化保护渣性能、提高钢液清洁度、严格控制浇注温度及拉速等方法,可使管线钢起层缺陷得到有效控制。 The microstructural features and technical influence factors of pipeline steel peeling defects were studied. The results showed that the peeling defects were caused by original slab surface microcrack, as the microcrack was affected by technical factors. By optimizing mould flux property, improving molten steel cleanness, controlling pouring temperature and casting speed, the peeling defects of pipeline steel can be controlled effectively.
