摘要
研究了建筑用X100钢在卷曲温度分别为300、340和380℃时的显微组织和性能变化。结果表明,随着卷曲温度的升高,X100钢的抗拉强度、屈服强度以及屈强比降低,伸长率以及冲击功升高。卷曲温度为300和340℃时X100钢具有相对更好的均匀形变能力。
The microstructures and properties change of the steel X100 used in construction at the crimp temperature of 300, 340 and 380 ℃ were investigated. The results show that the tensile strength, yield strength and yield ratio bfthe steel X100 decrease with the increase of the crimp temperature, while the elongation and impact power increase. The steel X100 presents a better uniform deformation ability when the crimp temperature is 300 or 340 ℃.
