介绍了高效连铸包晶钢大规格圆铸坯用保护渣的设计和实践结果。阐述了包晶钢铸坯表面质量的特点、成因以及影响因素,分析了连铸高拉速和铸坯规格的大小对包晶钢铸坯表面质量的影响,指出了保护渣结构对铸坯在结晶器中水平传热和润滑的影响。采用调整保护渣组分来控制铸坯在结晶器中水平传热和润滑的设计思路与方法,设计出的高效连铸包晶钢大规格圆铸坯用保护渣满足了产品质量和生产要求。
The paper introduces the design and application results of the mould flux for the high-performance continuous casting of big peritectic steel round billet. It expounds the characteristics,causes of formation and influencing factors for the surface quality of peritectic steel round billet,analyses how the high casting speed and billet size influence its surface quality,and points out the affect that the structure of mould flux has on the horizontal heat transfer and lubrication in mould. The mould flux for big peritectic steel round billet,designed with the concept and method of controlling billet horizontal heat transfer and lubrication in mould by adjusting mould flux components,meets the requirement of the product quality and production of high-performance continuous casting machine.
