摘要
研究了香水味复合调味品的生产工艺,确定了本实验范围内的最佳原料配比及生产加工香水味复合调味品的工艺参数,使产品风味突出。
The production process of the perfume taste compound condiment was studied. In this study, the best ratio of raw materials and the technical parameters of the produce were decided. It made the produce outstand its flavor.
