摘要
本实验对多效唑(PP333)处理黄瓜子叶节花芽分化进行了研究,并采用酶联免疫吸附分析法,测定PP333处理后黄瓜离体子叶节内源激素(IAA、GA、ABA和ZR)的动态变化.结果表明:PP333处理能显著地改变植物体IAA及GA的含量,提高植物体内ZR与ABA的含量,且在培养的第7d时显著抑制ZR水平的提高.
This paper studies the effect of PP333 during the course of flower differentiation of cucumber cotyledonary nodes cultured in vitro by the hormone determination technology ELISA .The results were shown as bellows: PP333 treatment can significantly change the content of IAA and GA, increase the content of ZR and ABA, but significantly decrease the level of ZR on the seventh day.
