摘要
在万寿菊幼苗上盆后,一次性根灌不同浓度的多效唑,能明显提高万寿菊叶绿素含量,提高其过氧化物酶活性,增强光合速率,降低呼吸消耗,增加可溶性蛋白含量,降低吲哚乙酸含量,根系活力增强,提高超氧化物歧化酶活性,进而显著缩短节间,抑制其株高,减少叶面积,增加叶片厚度,推迟花期,增加花朵数,花期延长,花径增大,从而使叶绿色艳,提高综合观赏价值。
After transplanting of Tagetes erecta L.into basins, the seedlings were treated with different concentration of Paclobutrazol(PP_(333)). The results indicated that chlorophyll content, peroxydase activity and photosynthetic rate were significantly increased, and respiratory consume was reduced; Pr content was increased, intrinsic IAA content was dropped and root activity was increased; SOD and POD activities were enhanced. Consequently, internodes and plant height were distinctively shortened, and leaf area was decreased, leaf thickness increased, the number of flowers increased, flowering duration prolonged and flower diameter increased. Finally the flowers of Tagetes erecta L. was redder and leaves greener, the ornamental value was improved.
