摘要
通过对辣椒幼苗叶、茎、根的生长及根系活力、光合速率、叶绿素含量、植物激素含量的研究,了解辣椒生长过程中生理生化变化及相互关系,以便对辣椒幼苗的生长进行有目的调控。试验研究表明:随着辣椒植株的生长,叶、茎、根的干重增加,根系活力增强,光合速率、叶绿素含量、叶面积也在增加,植物激素IAA、GA、ZR在辣椒幼苗中含量比较高,ABA含量比较低。光合速率和叶绿素含量、叶面积呈极显著正相关,ZR和叶绿素含量呈极显著正相关。
Seeding of capsium was studyed which contain leaf growing、stem growing、root growing、root activity、photosynthesis rate、chlorophyll content and plant hormone content.The purpose of this reasearch was to understand the physiological and biochemical change and correlation in growing process of capsicum seeding and purposeful chemical regulate and control.The results showed that leaf dry weight、stem dry weight、root dry weight increased and root activity、photosynthesis rate、chlorophyll content increased too. IAA content、GA content、ZR content were high and ABA content was low in capsicum seeding.They had distinct positive correlation between photosynthesis rate and leaf area and between photosynthesis rate and chlorophyll content.They had distinct postive correlation between ZR content and chlorophyll content.
