水溶性量子点作为pH响应传感器的初步研究

摘要 以柠檬酸三钠作稳定剂,在合适条件下合成CdSe/CdS量子点材料。用Tris作缓冲溶液控制量子点的pH值,发现在pH5—10之间的条件下,量子点的荧光发射光谱与pH值具有很好的相关性。同时采用用紫外分光光度计表征其颗粒大小为5.7.6.3nm。本研究提供了一种新型的pH传感材料,有望应用在农业、工业以及医药等领域。 The water- soluble CdSe/CdS quantam dots was synthesized by using sodium citrate as the stabilizer. At the condition of Tris - HCI buffer solution, it was found that the fluorescence intensity of quantum dots against the pH of the solution was line in the pH value range of 5 - 10. In addtion, the size of the material was about 5.7 - 6.3 by valuating the UV spectrum. The novel sensor of pH value may be applicable in agriculture, industry and medicament.
