摘要
以水为反应溶剂,采用NaBH_4还原SeO_2并与过量CdSO_4反应,制备CdSe量子点凝胶。所得CdSe量子点凝胶直接干燥即得到固态粉体,若用聚乙二醇或谷胱甘肽等作为分散修饰剂可方便的转化成相应的溶胶,制备方法快速简单、成本低。CdSe量子点凝胶、粉体、溶胶均具有良好的光致发光特性,且性质稳定。结果表明反应物CdSO_4与SeO_2用量的摩尔比(Cd/Se值)和反应温度影响CdSe量子点的荧光特性。当制备凝胶的Cd/Se值由2.4:1增加12:1时,CdSe量子点-聚乙二醇溶胶的荧光强度增加,荧光发射峰由560nm红移到610nm;当制备凝胶的反应温度由40℃增加到90℃时,CdSe量子点-聚乙二醇溶胶的荧光发射峰由560nm红移到600nm。CdSe量子点-聚乙二醇溶胶的荧光量子产率20%左右。
The CdSe quantum dots(QDs) gel were prepared by the reaction of excess CdSO4 with product from reaction of reduction SeO2 and NaBH4 with aqueous phase as reaction solvent.The CdSe QDs gels could be directly dried into solid powders,and could also be turned to sols with polyethylene glycol(PEG) or glutathione(GSH) as modifier scattered,the preparation method was rapid,simple with low cost.The CdSe QDs gels,powder and sels all has good photoluminescence characteristics with stable properities.The results showed that the molar ratio of CdSO4 to SeO2 (Cd/Se value) and the reaction temperature in the preparation of CdSe QDs gels could affected the fluorescence properties of CdSe QDs.The fluorescence intensity of the CdSe QDs-PEG sol enhanced, and fluorescence emission peak moved from 560 nm to 610 nm with increase of the Cd/Se values from 2.4:1 to 12:l,and the fluorescence emission peak of CdSe QDs-PEG sol moved from 560nm to 600nm with increase of reaction temperature from 40℃to 90℃.The fluorescence quantum yield of the CdSe QDs-PEG sol is about 20%.
