摘要
以巯基丙酸为修饰剂合成了水溶性CdS量子点和核壳CdS/ZnS量子点。研究了溶液酸度、反应温度、反应时间对核壳CdS/ZnS量子点荧光性能的影响,并用红外光谱、X-射线衍射对量子点进行表征。实验结果表明:CdS/ZnS核壳结构量子点的荧光强度是CdS量子点的2.27倍,同时最大发射波长发生蓝移,从包覆前的562 nm移动到540 nm。
Water-soluble CdS and core/shell CdS/ZnS quantum dots (QDs) were prepared by using 3-mercaptopropionic acid as modifier. The effects of reaction time, pH, temperature on fluorescence emission spectra of CdS/ZnS QDs were discussed. The nanocrystals were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and FTIR. The results showed that the fluorescence intensity of core/shell CdS/ZnS QDs is 2.27 times that of CdS quantum dots, and the maximum emission wavelength had a blue shift, and changed from 562 nm to 540 nm.
