摘要
针对离子束对玉米、孔雀草和鲁冰花育种的影响,探讨了离子束育种的机理以及离子注入的特点.采用低能和高能离子束辐照玉米、孔雀草和鲁冰花,进行育种试验.玉米离子注入研究结果表明M1代发现矮化株和特健壮株.离子注入的单株孔雀草出现黄色的单瓣和彩色的重瓣.鲁冰花花期提前15天、叶子卷曲等变异.
In this paper, the mechanism of the ion beam breeding and characteristics of the ion beam implantation were introduced. The high-energy ion beam and low-energy ion beam were all applied to breed the maize, lupinus and maidenhair. The results showed that the dwarf strains and special robust strain in M1 generation maize with ion implantation were discovered. The tested maidenhair showed yellow color single petal flowers and the colorful double petal flowers with ion implantation. Half a month ahead of schedule lupinus flowering and leaf curl could be observed.
