摘要
随着网络技术和数字技术的发展,人力资源已经成为影响高校图书馆建设和发展的关键因素。在分析了高校图书馆人力资源在管理观念、人才结构、人才流失和人力资源开发投入等方面存在问题的基础上,探讨了图书馆人力资源管理的新理念,提出了人力资源管理新模式,对高校图书馆人力资源的管理起到一定的促进作用。
Along with the development of network technology and digital technology, the human resource management has become a crucial factor in the construction and development of university libraries. This paper analyzes some problems which include the management concept, talent structure, the brain drain and the input power of human resources development and so on, probes into the new ideas on the human resource management in the library, and puts forward the new modes of human resource management to provide help to the research of the human resource management.
