摘要
目的通过小鼠游泳试验研究双欣胶囊缓解疲劳的作用。方法以小鼠负重游泳试验、血清尿素氮、肝糖原含量及血乳酸曲线下面积等指示测定,观察双欣胶囊的抗疲劳功效。结果在连续给予双欣胶囊30d后,与阴性对照组比较,高剂量组小鼠的游泳时间显著延长(P<0.01);游泳后高、中剂量组的血清尿素氮含量显著降低(P<0.01);高剂量组小鼠肝糖原含量显著增加(P<0.01);高、中剂量组3个时间点的血乳酸曲线下面积增长显著降低(P<0.01、P<0.05)。结论双欣胶囊具有缓解体力疲劳的作用。
Objective To explore the effect of Shuangxin capsules on physical fatigue of mice in weight-carrying swimming test. Methods The alliviating fatigue effect of Shuangxin capsules on mice was observed by forced swimming test of mice and the levels of serum urea nitrogen, content of glycogen and areas under the curve of blood lactic acid were determined. Results After continuous treating with Shuangxin capsules for 30 days,the mice in high dose group showed a longer swimming time compared to the control group (P〈0.01). The level of serum urea nitrogen was reduced significantly after swimming in high and middle dose group(P〈0.01 ). Glycogen content in high dose group was increased significantly(P〈 0.01 ) and the area under curve of blood lactic acid for three point was decreased significantly in high and middle dose group (P〈0.01), (P〈0.05). Conclusion Shuangxin capsules possess the effect of relieving physical fatigue in mice
