摘要
目的:观察黄芪冰冻微粉(HQBDWF)对小鼠单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响及其抗疲劳作用。方法:分别采用碳粒廓清速率、免疫器官重量法以及小鼠持续游泳时间的方法,观察HQBDWF对小鼠单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响及其抗疲劳作用。结果:黄芪冰冻微粉(HQBDWF)可提高小鼠单核巨噬细胞的吞噬功能及持续游泳时间,同对照组和普通黄芪粉比较,有显著性差异。结论:黄芪冰冻微粉(HQBDWF)较普通黄芪粉(HQWF和HQCF)对小鼠具有明显的增强免疫力和抗疲劳作用。
Objective:To observe the effect of freeze particle of astragalus(HQBDWF)on phagocytosis of mononuclear phagocyte and anti-fatigue in mice. Methods:Carbon expurgation velocity test was used, immune organs were weighed and continuous swimming duration of rats were recorded respectively. Results: HQBDWF can enhance the phagocytosis of mononuclear phagocyte in mice and lengthen the continuous swimming duration. Compared with the controlled group and the common group, and the difference was significant. Conclusion: HQBDWF can exert significant effects on pro-immunity and anti-fatigue in mice compared with HQWF and HQCF.
