摘要
用ＥＬＩＳＡ方法和白细胞介素６（ＩＬ－６）依赖细胞株ＭＴＴ掺入法对血液透析患者循环可溶性ＩＬ－２受体（ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ）和ＩＬ－６水平进行了检测，并同时观察了用中药淫羊藿治疗同一血透患者３个月前、后上述指标的变化。结果证实血液透析患者ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平明显增高（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＩＬ－６水平明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０１），用淫羊藿治疗后ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ及ＩＬ－６水平可调整至正常水平。由此说明血液透析患者存在免疫功能的降低，中药淫羊藿的调节作用是有效的。

The authors measured the circulating levels of soluble IL -2 receptor( sIL-2R )and IL- 6 in patients undergoing hemcxlialysis(HD).Alterations of the above-mentioned parameters before and after a three-month course of treatment with Chinese drug Epimedium sagittatum on the same HD patients. It is confirmed that in patients with end-stage renal failure(ESRF),sIL-2R level elevated significantly,while IL-6 level decreased apparently(P<0.01).Furthermore,levels of both slL-2R and IL-6 could be restored to normal after treatment withEpimedium sagittatum. These findings indicated not only the presence of immunedeficiency in ESRF,but also the effectiveness of regulation with Chinese drug Epimedium sagittatum.
