脾细胞门静脉注射后家犬肾移植后IL-2、IL-6变化的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:利用家犬肾脏移植模型,探讨门静脉注射供体脾细胞诱导免疫耐受的机制。方法:应用供体家犬脾细胞行门静脉注射,一周后行肾脏移植,ELISA方法测定对照组、门静脉注射组、环孢素组肾移植后IL-2、IL-6水平。门静脉注射组、对照组进行移植肾病理检查。结果:在肾移植后门静脉注射组、环孢素组IL-2、IL-6水平低于对照组,有显著性差异。而门静脉注射组与环孢素组之间无差异。门静脉注射组移植肾病理检查病变轻于对照组。结论:供体家犬脾细胞行门静脉注射可诱导受体家犬产生免疫耐受。 Objective:To study the mechanism of immune tolerance induce by protal venous injection of donor spleen ceils on the dog model of renal transplantation. Methods: The donor spleen ceils were injected through the protal vein during operation, one week later, renal transplantation was performed. IL-2 and IL-6 were studied by method of ELISA. Results: Level of IL-2 and IL-6 in protal venous group and cyclosporin group was higher than that of comrol group. There were no difference between protal venous group and cyclosporin group. Conclusion: Immune tolerance could be produced by protal venous injection of donor spleen cells.
