摘要
采用磺胺噻唑与对羟基苯甲醛合成一种新西佛碱,并将此配体制备8种稀土配合物.通过元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振、热分析、摩尔电导和溶解性质对配合物进行了表征.配合物的组成为两种型式:REL(OH)1.5H2O和REL(Cl)1.5H2O(RE为三价稀土离子,L为西佛碱配体).两种抗氧化实验都表明稀土配合物均具有优良的抗氧化作用。
A new Schiff base has been synthesized from sulfathiazole and p hydroxybenzaldehyde. The eight rare earth complexes of this ligand had been prepared with it and characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectrum, nuclear magnetic resonance, thermal analysis, molar electric conductance and solubility. The compositions of these coordinated compounds are of two types:REL(OH)·1 5 H 2O and REL(Cl)·1 5H 2O(RE=trivalent rare earth ions, L=ligand of Schiff base). The two kinds of antioxidative experiments have shown that the rare earth complexes have better antioxidative actions than the ligand.
