3种卷柏属植物挥发性化学成分的气相色谱-质谱联用分析与比较 被引量:9

Comparison of Chemical Constituents of Volatile Oils from Three Kinds of Selaginella Plants by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

摘要 目的研究与比较兖州卷柏、翠云草、深绿卷柏3种卷柏属植物的挥发性成分。方法采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联机分析,并用面积归一化法分别计算各组分的相对含量。结果分别分离出66,77和71个峰,确认其中39,42和43种成分,已鉴定的成分分别占色谱总出峰面积的96.44%,95.18%和95.89%。结论三者挥发油中相同的物质共有27种,但各物质在含量上有所差别,其中挥发油主要含高级烷烃、烯烃、醇、酮、酚及有机酸。兖州卷柏和翠云草的主要成分为n-decane,而深绿卷柏的主要成分为n-octacosane。 Objective To investigate and compare the chemical constituents of volatile oils from Selaginella plants, namely Selaginella involvens Spring, SelagineUa uncinata Spring and Selaginella doederleinii Hieron. Methods The oils obtained were analyzed by GC - MS. The relative percentage contents of the constituents were determined by GC with area normalization method. Results 66, 77 and 71 peaks were separated respectively,and 39, 42 and 43 compounds representing 96.44%, 95.07% and 95.89% of the oils respectively were identified. Conclusion There were 27 kinds of identical substances in the oils, and the essential oil constituents from them were mainly higher alkanes, alkenes, alcohols, ketones, phenols and organic acid. The main components of Selaginella involvens Spring and Selaginella uncinata Spring were n - decane, and the main component of SelagineUa doederleinii Hieron was n - octacosane.
