摘要
利用新安县老城气象站1971-2005年和城关镇、北冶乡、云蒙山、坡池岭2007或2008年的测风资料,对新安县风能资源进行分析。结果表明:新安县大部分区域年平均启动风机时间>4500 h,有效风能密度>170 W/m2。在这些有效风能区域里,可安装1.5 MW的风力发电机组120台,装机容量180 MW,年发电量3.5亿kW.h,年上网电量2.7亿kW.h,投资回收期大约12 a。
Based on the wind data of Xin' an Weather Station from 1971 to 2005, and the wind data of Chengguan, North Hammond, Yunmengshan and Pochiling in 2007 or 2008, the wind energy resources of Xin' an was analyzed. The results showed most regions annual average start time of the wind generator is more than 4500 h, effective wind power density is more than 100 W/m^2. We can install 120 unit wind generator with 1.5 MW wind turbine in these effective wind energy regions. The installed capacity is 180 MW, annual generation capacity is 350 million kW · h, internet consumption 270 million kW · h, investment recovery period is about 12 a.
