摘要 为了客观反映风电场风能资源,通过分析已投运风电场的利用小时数大多达不到设计水平的原因,结合决定平均有效风能密度数估算值误差大小的不完全伽玛函数的数值实验,采用多种计算风电场的平均风能密度的方法并对其结果进行对比分析,发现把低于切入风速的风能假设为零会对计算结果产生很大影响,是不合理的假设,因此不能忽略低于切入风速的风能对风能资源评估的影响。通过算例表明,本文提出的考虑过小风速的计算方法能明显提高风电场平均风能密度的准确度。 In order to reflect wind resources in wind farm objectively,the cause that the utilization hours of running wind power farms can not reach the design level is analyzed in this paper.Combining with the numerical experiment of incomplete Gamma function that determines the estimated value error of average effective wind energy density,several methods of calculating average wind density for wind farms are compared and analyzed.The analysis results show that that the assumption that the wind energy with lower cut-in wind speed can be set zero is unreasonable because of its big influence on calculation results.Therefore,the influence of wind energy with lower cut-in wind speed on wind source evaluation can not be neglected.The examples show that the calculation method by considering of low wind speed presented in this paper can obviously improve the accuracy of average wind energy density for wind farm.
