摘要
对有核凤梨甜橙和无核朋娜脐橙的幼果、当年生春叶、春梢和一年生春叶在第一次生理落果期内源脱落酸(ABA)的变化研究表明,凤梨甜橙的座果率比脐橙高,其幼果中ABA的含量比脐橙低。用GA3+6-BA涂果提高了脐橙座果率,但降低了幼果中ABA含量。幼果中ABA的高含量不利于座果。
The changes of the abscisci acid (ABA) were examined for seeded Pineapple orange (Citrus sinesis) and seedless ‘Skagcs Bonanza’ navel orange (Citrus sinesis) during the first physiological drop. The influence of application exogenous growth regulators (GA3+6-BA) to the fruit set and the level of endogenous gibberelins for navel orange were also surveyed. The fruiticity rate of Pineapple orange was higher than that of the navel orange. The concentration of ABA in fruitlets of Pineapple orange was lower than the navel orange. That fruitlets of navel orange were spreaded with GA3+6-BA improved the fruiticity, and reduced the concentration of ABA in them. The fruit set of citrus the stage of the first physiological drop was related to the content of endogenous ABA in fruitlets. The concentrations of ABA in the stage of the first physiological drop in young spring levers, young spring branches and mature spring leaves were analyzed and discussed.
