摘要
技术创新是中小型企业生存和发展的基本前提,技术创新活动也是一项复杂的系统工程,因此创新能力及其衡量至关重要。基于中小型企业自身的特点,从实效和可操作性的视角,提出中小企业技术创新能力的构成要素,构建评价技术创新能力的指标体系和数学模型,旨在提供一种实用、可行的中小企业技术创新能力检验与评价的模型框架,为进一步拓展研究奠定基础。
Based on the characteristics of small and medium - sized enterprises, from the effectiveness and operability perspective, the elements of small and medium - sized enterprises＇ technological innovation ability were condensed. The index system and the mathematical model to evaluate the enterprise technological innovation ability were built. It aims at providing a practical and feasible model framework to test and evaluate the technological innovation ability of small and medium - sized enterprises,in order to lay the foundation for further research.
