摘要
企业技术创新活动是一个复杂的系统工程,创新能力的衡量至关重要。依据技术创新的投入产出过程,提出应从外部创新来源、内部创新来源、专利权、新产品和服务四个方面来综合衡量企业的技术创新能力。
As enterprise s technological innovation is a complex process,study on the ability measurement should be important.This paper discusses enterprise s technological innovation ability measurement is established according to the process of technical innovation.It includes internal innovation sources,external innovation sources,patent right and new product performance.
