图书馆组织结构转型方向及路径依赖 被引量：7

摘要 为了进一步探讨图书馆在当前环境下的组织发展问题,文章详细分析了外部环境变化对图书馆工作、信息传递机制、人员心态等产生的不确定性影响,在此基础上指出图书馆组织结构转型应当以学习型、扁平化、领导力共担等作为方向,以兼具等级式和扁平化的复合型结构为路径依赖。
