摘要
目的探讨伤科接骨片在骨折愈合中的作用,为其临床应用提供实验依据。方法取SD大鼠,在桡骨形成1 mm的骨折模型,将SD大鼠随机分成3组:伤科接骨片低剂量组、高剂量组和对照组。观察内容:①在给药后1 d及2,4,6周用X线观察骨折愈合及骨痂形成情况;②给药2和4周后用苏木精-伊红(HE)染色及组化压片了解骨痂形成情况;③给药2和4周生物力学的评价;④在2周时评价全血黏度和血浆黏度水平。结果低剂量组和高剂量组骨痂形成明显加快;HE染色显示骨折断端成骨细胞数目增多;生物力学结果显示骨生物力学加强;全血黏度和血浆黏度均明显减低。结论伤科接骨片有利于骨折愈合。
Objective To explore the effect of shangke fiegu tablet on bone fracture healing, providing experimental basis for the clinical use of it in bone defect reparation. Methods The bone fracture model was established by making 1 mm defect in the middle of radius in SD rats. The rats were divided randomly into three groups : high-dose and low-dose of shangke fiegu tablet groups, and control group. The following signs were observed:(1)The formation of callus was monitored by X-ray in animals at one day, two weeks, four weeks and six weeks after treatment. (2)The ossification was detected by histological valuation in two weeks and four weeks. (3)The biomechanics evaluation was carried out in two weeks and four weeks. (4)The whole blood viscosity, plasma one were also studied after two weeks. Results The X-rays showed that callus formation was obviously accelerated; HE staining showed that ossification was increased at the end of fracture; the biomechanics intensity were significantly strengthened; and the level of whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity were decreased greatly, in the drug-treated groups. Conclusion Shangke fiegu tablet is benefit for the healing of bone fracture.
