摘要
为了探讨伤科接骨片促进骨折愈合的作用机制,将40只长耳新西兰种兔造成桡骨骨折模型作为观察对象,进行了组织学、组织形态观察以及力学实验。结果各项观察指标均相一致,服药组动物的骨折愈合时间提早1/3。分析认为,伤科接骨片促进骨折愈合的作用机制,可能于该药中含有"骨诱导物质"以及其活血化瘀功效有关。
In order to study the mechanism of stimulative effects of bone-knitting tablets in traumatology on fracture healing,we made 40 long-ear New Zealand rabbits into radial fracture models as the observed subjects. Then histological and histomorphological observations and mechanical experiments were performed with the same observed indices on these animal models. The results showed that the time of fracture healing in the drug group was shortened by one third. Through analyses, it was suggested that the mechanism of the stimulative effects of the drug may be related to the bone-inducing substances in the drug and its blood-circulation-activating and blood-stasis-eliminating functions.
