摘要
目的:观察髂骨泥骨诱导结合腓骨柱钻孔支撑治疗早期股骨头坏死的疗效。方法:采用骨诱导结合腓骨柱支撑治疗早期股骨头坏死26例30髋,与单纯进行股骨头坏死钻空减压治疗早期股骨头坏死27例30髋进行比较。结果:治疗组治疗前后比较,治疗后Harris髋关节功能评分比治疗前明显好转(P<0.01);对照组治疗前后比较,治疗后Harris髋关节功能评分比治疗前明显好转(P<0.01)。两组治疗前后比较,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组优良18例18髋,占60%;好6例8髋,占27%;尚可2例4髋,占13%;差0例0髋,占0%。对照组优良10例12髋,占40%;好5例6髋,占20%;尚可6例6髋,占20%;差6例6髋,占20%。两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:骨诱导结合腓骨柱支撑治疗早期股骨头坏死,疗效显著,优良率高,恢复快。
Objective：To observe the curative effect of bone induction combined with fibula column support in the treatment of early femur head necrosis.Methods：Treating 30 hips of 26 cases with early femur head necrosis by fibula column drilling support combined with iliac bone induction was compared with treating 30 hips of 27 cases by merely fibula column drilling support.Results：Compared with that before the treatment,the function score of Harris hip joints in the treatment group significantly improved （ P 〈 0.01 ） and that of the control group also improved （ P 〈 0.01 ） .Comparing the two groups before and after treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group （P 〈 0.01 ） .The treatment group：18 hips in 18 cases were better, accounting for 60%;8 hips in 6 cases were good,accounting for 27%;4 hips in 2 cases were not bad,accounting for 13%;and 0 hip in 0 case was bad,accounting for 0%.The control group： 12 hips in 10 cases were better, accounting for 40%;6 hips in 5 cases were good,accounting for 20%;6 hips in 6 cases were not bad,accounting for 20%;6 hips in 6 cases were bad,accounting for 20%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion：The curative effect of fibula column drilling support combined with iliac bone induction in treating femur head necrosis was significant,with high excellence rate and fast recovery.
