摘要 通过收集泸型白酒固态蒸馏过程中各段馏分,采用气相色谱仪分析测定各馏分中物质成分的含量,获得主要物质成分的馏出规律,结合组分物性及蒸馏扩散过程讨论影响物质馏出规律的主要因素,研究结果为蒸馏操作过程的改进提供了重要依据。 The distilling rules of main compositions in Lu-type liquor were summarized through the collection of the fraction in each solid distillation stage and further the measurement of compositions content in each fraction by GC. Combined with the physical characters of the compositions and the diffusion process of distillation, the main factors influencing the distillation were discussed. The research results provided important evidences for the improvement of distilling operation.
